A free Claude skill that shows you what's working on your Instagram.
A skill is a set of instructions you add to Claude one time. After that, Claude knows how to do the job, and you just ask.
📥 Step 1: Add the skill to Claude (5 minutes)
Download the file. Don't open or unzip it.
🛠️ How to Install the Skill
- In Claude, click Customize, then Skills.
- Click +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill.
- Pick the file.
Done when you see Social Analyzer in your list with the switch on.
💻 Using Safari on a Mac?
- Safari sometimes unzips files on its own.
- If you see a folder instead of a .zip file, right-click the folder and choose Compress.
- Upload that new .zip file.
🔬 Step 2: Run Social Analyzer
🥲 The Pain:
You can't tell what's working, so you guess.
🔨 The Fix:
It studies your last 90 days, shows what to do more of and what to stop, and gives you a 30-day plan.
🔥 Do This:
- Install the Claude Chrome Extension and login.
- Login to your Instagram in Chrome
- You will need a Creator or Business account to see your insights NOT a personal account.
- You can change your account type for free in your Instagram settings.
- On the Instagram profile tab, click the Claude Extension. It will pop up on the right side.
- Copy the prompt below into the Claude Extension pop out.
Run Social Analyzer on my Instagram.- Claude walks you through the rest.
- On a paid Claude plan with Claude in Chrome, it reads your numbers for you.
- On any plan, it shows you how to download your numbers and upload them.
Run it monthly.
🔒 Is this safe?
- It only reads your own account.
- It never posts, likes, messages, or changes settings, and it never asks for your password.
- You need an Instagram Creator or Business account to see your numbers.
🛟 Stuck?
- Claude didn't use the skill. Check the switch in Customize → Skills. Or start your message with the skill name, like "Use Social Analyzer to..."
- The upload didn't work. Upload the .zip file, not a folder.
- Claude says it can't use skills. Go to Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation. It's already on for most people.
- Social Analyzer can't see Instagram. Tell Claude "Let's use the upload option instead." It will walk you through it.
Still stuck on something that isn't listed here? Just ask Claude.
Open a chat and paste this, then tell Claude what you're stuck on:
"Talk to me like I'm a 6th grader. I'm a little overwhelmed. Walk me through this step by step."
Not in A2A? Head back to the Bootcamp Hub → and enter the email you purchased with, then click "Send My Sign-In Link." It has to be the same email you bought with.
In A2A? Log in to TUB Connect with your A2A email.
