① How do I make the time to learn AI?
- 30-40 hours to become an AI Architect
- You dont have time to NOT learn….
You will not be able to grow and scale a business in 2026 if you DO NOT understand this skill set…
The gap is getting wider and wider….
② I'm not technical. How do I go from watching demos to building them myself?
- Every demo started as one plain-English prompt
- Build one skill, test it on 3 real examples, and fix what's off
- Add the next one only once the first one works
③ Is my business too small or too different for building out AI Employees?
- AI employees follow recurring work, whatever your size or industry
- Solo owners and small teams feel it fastest, because you're the bottleneck on every task
- Quick test:
- list what you did last week and circle anything you'll do again next week!!!

- ChatGPT agent mode does the same in its own browser
⑩ Should I learn AI first or bring my team in, and how do I win over a skeptical team or boss?
- YES - Bring your team.
- They BUILD THE BUSINESS.
- How to win over a skeptical boss:
- Bosses don't buy training. They buy a result with a number attached.
- Carissa was in your seat, a leader inside a tech company.

- Test it on real questions and fix the gaps
🧠 DEMO: Borrow a Genius
Today's business: Next Level Hyperbarics, in-home hyperbaric oxygen chamber rentals and sales from Keller, Texas, serving Dallas–Fort Worth and customers nationwide.
Meet the Company
Meet the owner: Jonalyn, co-founder of Next Level Hyperbarics and a VIP who's been here live for all four sessions.
She and her co-founder, Adam, opened a wellness center in 2016 and saw what hyperbaric oxygen therapy did for their clients.
So they built a way to do it at home, on your own schedule, with no commute and no waiting for a chamber.
😫 Pain
Your website talks about you: your product, your process, your team.
New customers skim it for five seconds, can't tell what changes for them, and leave.
Few call. Few convert.
😵💫 Problem
The best messaging minds in the world already solved this, and their thinking lives in hundreds of hours of books, talks, and podcasts. (or in a $75K agency fee)
1️⃣ Step 1: Just Ask
What most people do. Open Claude, paste the link, and ask.
Step 1: Prompt [✨ Prompt Inside]
Make this website better.
https://www.nextlevelhbot.com/The result: a list of tips that could apply to any website.
2️⃣ Step 2: Name an Expert
Some people do this for a living.
Donald Miller built StoryBrand around one idea: the customer is the hero, and your business is the guide.
Step 2 Prompt [✨ Prompt Inside]
Make this website better, like Donald Miller would.
https://www.nextlevelhbot.com/3️⃣ Step 3: Build a Real Prompt
- Open the SuperHuman Prompt Generator.
- Talk into it with Wispr Flow, the way you'd explain it to a friend.
- Paste the prompt it builds into the same Claude chat and run it.
What Cal Says Into Wispr Flow [✨ Prompt Inside]
Okay so I want to rewrite the homepage for a real business. It's Next Level Hyperbarics, nextlevelhbot.com. They're based in Keller, Texas, and they rent and sell in-home hyperbaric oxygen chambers to people across Dallas-Fort Worth and all over the country. They do white-glove service, so they deliver the chamber, set it up, show you how to use it, and pick it up when you're done. The founders, Jonalyn and Adam, ran a wellness center for years and saw what hyperbaric oxygen therapy did for their clients, so they wanted people to be able to do it at home, on their own schedule, without commuting or waiting for a chamber. Right now the headline just says "In-Home Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy," which is a product label, and the tagline is "Feel Better and Be Your Best," which could be anybody. I want the whole homepage rewritten the way Donald Miller teaches it in StoryBrand, where the customer is the hero and Next Level is the guide. Give me the actual copy for the whole page, top to bottom, the headline, the subheadline, the buttons, the problem, the plan, what's at stake, what life looks like after, all of it, so a web designer could build it tomorrow. Keep it warm and simple, no medical claims or jargon, and ask me any questions you need answered about the business before you write it.The Prompt It Built [✨ Prompt Inside]
You are Donald Miller, creator of the StoryBrand framework and author of *Building a StoryBrand*, specializing in clarifying brand messaging so customers can immediately understand why they need a product and what to do next.
**Business:** Next Level Hyperbarics (nextlevelhbot.com)
**Location:** Keller, Texas — serving Dallas-Fort Worth and nationwide
**What they do:** Rent and sell in-home hyperbaric oxygen chambers. White-glove service: they deliver, set up, train the client, and pick up when done.
**Founders:** Jonalyn and Adam — former wellness center operators who saw HBOT transform clients and built this so people could access it at home, on their own schedule
**Tone:** Warm, clear, trustworthy, simple — no medical jargon, no clinical claims
**Target audience:** [DESCRIBE PRIMARY CUSTOMER — e.g., people recovering from injury, athletes, parents of children with neurological conditions, general wellness seekers]
**Biggest competitor perception:** Going to a clinic — commuting, scheduling, waiting for a chamber, paying per session
---
Write the complete homepage copy, section by section, so a web designer can build it tomorrow. Use the StoryBrand 7-part framework throughout. The customer is the hero. Next Level is the guide.
Deliver each of the following sections with the actual words, not descriptions of what to write:
1. **HERO SECTION** — Headline (what you offer + who it's for + the outcome), Subheadline (the problem you solve or the transformation you enable), Primary CTA button, Secondary CTA button
2. **THE PROBLEM** — 3–4 sentences or a short list naming the external problem (no clinic, no schedule flexibility), the internal problem (feeling like healing is out of reach or inconvenient), and the philosophical problem (you shouldn't have to choose between your health and your life)
3. **THE GUIDE** — A short empathy + authority block. Why Jonalyn and Adam get it. What they've seen. Why they built this. Include a brief trust/credibility statement.
4. **THE PLAN** — A simple 3-step plan showing exactly how this works. Label each step. Keep it frictionless and reassuring.
5. **SOCIAL PROOF** — Write 2–3 placeholder testimonial formats (with [CUSTOMER NAME], [CONDITION OR GOAL], and space for real quotes) that a designer can swap in, written in the voice/style that matches the brand
6. **STAKES SECTION** — What life looks like if they do nothing (failure state, gently stated — not fear-mongering), and what life looks like after they say yes (success state, vivid and specific)
7. **FINAL CTA** — A closing paragraph and button that brings it home with warmth and urgency
8. **FOOTER TAGLINE** — A single line that replaces "Feel Better and Be Your Best" and could live in the footer or sub-brand position
---
After writing the full copy, add a **MESSAGING NOTES** section with 3–5 short notes explaining why specific choices were made, so the business owner understands the reasoning and can make confident edits.
Before proceeding, please ask me any clarifying questions to ensure the copy is tailored to their specific customers, outcomes, and brand voice. The result: real structure and sharper questions. It's still working from memory.
4️⃣ Step 4: Put Donald Miller's Brain in a Gemini Notebook
Now we stop guessing what Donald Miller would say and give AI everything he's taught publicly.
Story Brand Notebook: https://notebook.google.com/notebook/6692582b-8e69-47be-82ff-f12cbf4129d9?authuser=1
① Build it live
- In Gemini, open Notebooks and create one called Donald Miller's Brain.
- Find Donald Miller's podcasts, keynotes, and trainings on YouTube, and paste the links in as sources.
- Notebooks sync with NotebookLM, so every source shows up in both.
② Show it off
- See the VISUALS! The audio, the video and more!
③ Export his full frameworks
Export Donald Miller's Frameworks [✨ Prompt Inside]
Using only the sources in this notebook, write down every framework Donald Miller teaches about messaging and websites, the way he teaches it.
Include:
1. Each part of the StoryBrand framework in plain English, with his own rules for getting it right
2. His rules for a homepage, section by section, from the top of the page to the bottom
3. His formulas for a one-liner, a headline, and a call to action, with his best examples
4. The messaging mistakes he warns about most often
5. A checklist I can use to grade any homepage
Cite the video behind every rule. If he never said it in these sources, leave it out.- Export the answer to Google Docs and download it. This is Donald Miller's Playbook.
5️⃣ Step 5: Run It Again With His Brain
Go back to the same Claude chat, attach Donald Miller's Playbook, and run it one more time.
Step 5 Prompt [✨ Prompt Inside]
I've attached Donald Miller's Playbook, pulled from his own podcasts, keynotes, and trainings. Treat it as your rulebook.
Run the prompt above again for https://www.nextlevelhbot.com/. This time, follow his rules exactly, name the rule behind every change, and give me the complete new homepage copy from top to bottom, ready for a web designer. The result: same ask, but now every line traces back to something Donald Miller taught.
5️⃣ Step 6: Run It Again With His Brain & Your AI CMO
6️⃣ Step 6: Build the New Website With AI
- Open Replit and paste the new copy into the Agent.
Build the Website [✨ Prompt Inside]
Build a modern, mobile-friendly homepage for Next Level Hyperbarics, which rents and sells in-home hyperbaric oxygen chambers from Keller, Texas.
Use the homepage copy below exactly as written, section by section. Keep the design clean, calm, and trustworthy, with lots of white space and the main call-to-action button from the copy at the top and bottom of the page. Use placeholder photos for now.
[Paste the final homepage copy from Claude]- Website #1 via Replit: https://next-level-hyperbarics-website.replit.app/
- LEVEL UP: https://theuncommonbusiness.github.io/next-level-hbot-demo/
✨ What just happened
- ⏱️ Time saved: Hundreds of hours of Donald Miller's teaching, studied in minutes.
- 🎯 Better results: Step 2 borrowed his name. Step 5 used his actual rules, traced to the videos, on a real business.
- 💰 Business impact: New homepage copy and a live website, ready to show the owner.
- 🔁 Belief shift: From "I can't afford an expert." → To "I can put any expert's thinking on my team."
🪞 If you're…
- 🩺 A health or wellness business: Turn a page about your equipment into a page about how your customer's life changes.
- 🎓 A coach or consultant: Build a brain from the expert your clients already trust, and run every deliverable through it.
- 📣 A marketer or agency: Grade every client homepage against a proven framework before you write a word.
- 🏢 A team leader: Load your industry's top thinker into a project your whole team can use.

🗂️ Team Only: Backup Websites for the Demo
Remove this section before the page is shared. Every business below is owned or led by a woman who came to the bootcamp as a VIP or Platinum member and attended at least three sessions live. Each one is confirmed by a public source that names her as the owner or founder and calls her she or her. Get her OK before showing her site on screen, and check the live headline before quoting it.
Today's pick: Next Level Hyperbarics, co-founded by our VIP attendee. Get her OK before showing her site and photo live.
🥇 Best backups (biggest before-and-after)
- The Accounting Company · Phoenix, AZ · outsourced accounting for restaurants
- Headline: "Making Extraordinary Connections Since 2008"
- Vague and about the company. The customer's real cost problem is buried below the fold.
- Towe Insurance · Charlottesville, VA · third-generation family insurance agency
- Headline: "Towe Insurance Service, Inc. – Local, Independent, Trusted."
- The headline is the company name, and the copy is all "we."
- Southern Domestic Diva · Nashville, TN · home, rental, and commercial cleaning
- Headline: "DIVA STYLE / Trendy Cleaning"
- A fun brand line that names no customer problem.
- Mclain Properties · Vista, CA · property management and sales
- Headline: "San Diego County Property Management & Sales"
- A label headline on a template site. Her family legacy story goes unused.
- Nation's Best CPR · Forest, VA · CPR and first aid training
- Headline: "Empower Every Moment with Life Saving Skills"
- Vague. The real buyer, an employer who needs compliant training on-site, is buried.
- Rare Bird Beauties · Chicago, IL · bridal hair and makeup
- Headline: "It's Hard to miss a rare bird beauty."
- Clever, but it never says bridal hair and makeup in Chicago.
- Anne Liles Travel · Birmingham, AL · luxury custom travel
- Headline: "LET'S TRAVEL"
- No problem, offer, or plan in the hero.
🥈 Also possible
- MI Skin Dermatology · Washington, DC · "Natural-looking results. Individualized Dermatology & Med Spa Care" · a feature list, heavy on "we."
- Bert's Berry Farm · New Zealand · "Your Partner in Premium Strawberry Plant Propagation for Commercial Growers" · "our solutions" framing, sells to growers.
- EZPZ Party Planning · online · "THE ULTIMATE SCHOOL FOR PARTY PLANNING" · describes the business, not the student's goal.
- Bedford Learning Programs · Albany, Keizer, and Corvallis, OR · "Quality Care & Education Right In Your Neighborhood!" · generic, with no parent problem.
- Delfina Athletics · Austin, TX · "Custom Swim, Triathlon and Cycling Team Gear" · a category label. Her founder story goes unused.
- FAFO Farms · Davidsonville, MD · "Your new favorite farm day starts here." · warm, but too many offers and no clear next step.
🔍 Probably women-owned, confirm first
Each is one public source short of confirmed. Ask the owner directly before using.
- très j Medspa · "Devoted to the health of your skin."
- The Aquatic Connection · "THE AQUATIC CONNECTION"
- Oklahoma Social Club · its About the Founder page still shows template text
- EventsLYFE · "Travel & Event Logistics"
✅ Already strong (skip for this demo)
- Splendid Consulting, The Organizing Advantage, Safe in the Seat, The Workout Witch, Move Overseas Now, Inhairitance, Vitality Med Spa, and Face Foundrié (a national franchise)
