A skill is a set of instructions you add to Claude one time. After that, Claude knows how to do the job, and you just ask.
Setup takes 2 steps and about 10 minutes. Start with Step 1 below.
📥 Step 1: Add the skills to Claude (5 minutes)
Download all 3 files. Don't open or unzip them.
🛠️ How to Install Each Skill
- In Claude, click Customize, then Skills.
- Click +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill.
- Pick the file.
💻 Using Safari on a Mac?
- Safari sometimes unzips files on its own.
- If you see a folder instead of a .zip file, right-click the folder and choose Compress.
- Upload that new .zip file.
🪪 Step 2: Tell Claude about your business (5 minutes)
This is what makes everything sound like you. You only do it once.
- Open a new chat and paste this:
Use Hook Engine to set up my Content Profile. - Answer the questions. Short answers are fine. No results yet? Say "none yet." Claude never makes things up.
- At the end, copy the block that starts with CONTENT PROFILE.
- Click Projects, make a new project, and paste the block into Instructions. Do all your content chats in that project.

🔥 Do This:
- Install the Claude Chrome Extension and login.
- Login to your Instagram in Chrome
- You will need a Creator or Business account to see your insights NOT a personal account.
- You can change your account type for free in your Instagram settings.
- On the Instagram profile tab, click the Claude Extension. It will pop up on the right side.
- Copy the prompt below into the Claude Extension pop out.

- On a paid Claude plan with Claude in Chrome, it reads your numbers for you.
- On any plan, it shows you how to download your numbers and upload them.
🔒 Is this safe?
- It only reads your own account.
- It never posts, likes, messages, or changes settings, and it never asks for your password.
- You need an Instagram Creator or Business account to see your numbers.
🎣 Hook Engine: get people to stop scrolling
The pain: You work hard on a post, and no one stops to read it.
The fix: It writes 10 first lines made for your audience, scores them, and tells you which to test.
Say this:
Write me hooks for a post about [your topic].✨ More ways to use it
- Fix a hook you wrote: Here's my hook. Make it better: [paste it]
- Turn real client words into hooks: Turn these DMs into hooks: [paste them, names removed]

The pain: You post and hope it's good.
The fix: It scores your post on 7 checks, points to the weakest line, then fixes it for you or coaches you through it.
Say this:
Check this post before I share it: [paste your post]- Social Analyzer once a month.
- Hook Engine once a week.
- Post Value Filter before every post.
🛟 Stuck?
- Claude didn't use the skill. Check the switch in Customize → Skills. Or start your message with the skill name, like "Use Hook Engine to..."
- The upload didn't work. Upload the .zip file, not a folder.
- Claude says it can't use skills. Go to Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation. It's already on for most people.
- Claude keeps asking setup questions. Chat inside the project where you saved your Content Profile.
- Social Analyzer can't see Instagram. Tell Claude "Let's use the upload option instead." It will walk you through it.
- The hooks feel generic. Paste a few real DMs or reviews and say "Turn these into hooks."
Open a chat and paste this, then tell Claude what you're stuck on:
"Talk to me like I'm a 6th grader. I'm a little overwhelmed. Walk me through this step by step."
