Class Notes
🤔 Why Notion
Notion keeps. It's where you save the notes, prompts and class templates you'll use all program.
- Never lose a document. Everything lives in one place, and Search finds it fast.
- It makes AI more useful. Next time, paste a saved prompt right back into Claude instead of rewriting it.
The free plan is all you need.
🛠️ Set it up (about 5 minutes)
Step 1: Pick your plan. A free personal workspace is enough. You don't need Notion AI or a paid plan for A2A. Plans
- Does your company already use Notion? Ask which workspace to use.
Step 2: Sign in. Go to notion.com and sign in. The browser works fine. Prefer an app? Get the desktop app and sign in with the same account.
🧱 Notion in 60 seconds
- Pages hold anything: notes, links, lists. You can put pages inside pages, like folders and subfolders.
- Blocks are the pieces on a page: a paragraph, a heading, a checkbox.
- Add a block: click the + or type / and pick what you want. New to Notion? Those two are all you need.
- Private pages are only for you. That's where your A2A work starts.
🎬 See it in action: build your A2A notebook
You made a meeting doc in Claude. Here's how to keep it where you'll find it.
Step 1: In the Private section of your sidebar, add a new page. Name it My A2A Notebook.
Step 2: Add a heading called Meeting prep. Paste in the doc Claude made for you. (If it's a PDF, drag the file onto the page.)
Step 3: Add a heading called Prompts that worked. Paste in one prompt you'd use again.
Step 4: Click away to another page. Then open Search and type "A2A." Your notebook pops right up.
🔒 Before you share anything
- Your page starts private. Only you can see it.
- Open Share and check who has access before you send anyone a link.
- Don't click Publish unless you mean "anyone on the internet can see this."
