Three Claude skills that help you write, score, and polish every post before you share it.
Two of these skills come from Natalie Ellis of Boss Babe. They turn a podcast or webinar into a week of posts and score every idea before you write it out.
The third is The Social Boardroom from The Uncommon Business, where five social media experts (Gary Vee, Alex Hormozi, Seth Godin, Jasmine Star & Jen Gottlieb) polish each post and a judge scores it out of 100.

📥 Step 1: Add all three skills to Claude (10 minutes)
A skill is a set of instructions you add to Claude one time. After that, Claude knows the job, and you just ask.
Download all three files. Don't open or unzip them.
🛠️ How to install the skills
- Go to Settings → Capabilities and turn on Code execution and file creation.
- Click Customize, then Skills.
- Click +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill.
- Pick one of the files you downloaded.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 for the other two files.
💻 Using Safari on a Mac?
- Safari sometimes unzips files on its own.
- If you see a folder instead of a file, right-click the folder and choose Compress.
- Upload that new .zip file.

🔁 Turn one recording into a week of posts
The pain: You have podcasts, webinars, and trainings sitting in a folder, and none of it turns into posts.
The fix: The Repurpose Engine reads the whole recording, finds the 5 to 8 moments worth sharing, and builds each one into a post for the app it's going on. You also get a posting calendar.

🎯 Score an idea before you write it
The pain: You spend an hour on a post or film a reel, and then it goes nowhere.
The fix: The V.I.R.A.L. Score Predictor checks your idea or hook for five things that shareable posts have in common. It scores each one out of 10 and tells you which one is holding the post back.

Read your score out of 50: 41 or higher is ready. Between 31 and 40, use the fixes it gives you and score it again. Under 31, rebuild the post around your highest letter.

The pain: The idea is good, but the post still reads like a first draft.
The fix: Five experts each rewrite one part of the post, like your first line or your ask, and a judge scores the new version. It won't call a post ready until it hits 90.

🔁 Fix a post that flopped
The pain: The post is up, the numbers are bad, and you don't know why.
The fix: It compares the post to one of your normal posts and finds where people dropped off.

Each skill does one job. Run them in this order and every post you share has been mined, scored, and polished.

📆 Workflow 1: One recording to a week of posts
- Run the Repurpose Engine on a podcast, webinar, or training.
- Pick the 3 strongest pieces it gives you.
- Score each one with V.I.R.A.L. Fix anything between 31 and 40 with the lifts it suggests, and drop anything under 31.
- Run the pieces that pass through the Social Boardroom until each one hits 90.
- Post them on the calendar the Repurpose Engine gave you.
🔍 Workflow 2: Find your weak spot
- Score your last 10 posts with V.I.R.A.L., one at a time.
- Look for the letter that comes in lowest most often. That's the habit to fix next.
- Tell the Repurpose Engine about it on your next run, like "make the carousels lean on Relatable Emotion."
- Use Post-mortem in the Social Boardroom on any of the 10 that flopped.
🎬 Workflow 3: Check a reel before you film
- Write your hook.
- Score just the hook with V.I.R.A.L. If V or A comes in under 7, rewrite it.
- Run the script through the Social Boardroom on Lite before you hit record.
🛟 Stuck?
- The upload didn't work. The file was opened or unzipped. Download a fresh copy and upload it without opening it.
- The skill doesn't start. Check the switch in Customize → Skills, then start a new chat with the exact phrase from that skill's "Say this" box.
- The posts sound generic. Give it your voice. Paste a few paragraphs you wrote when the Repurpose Engine asks about voice, and fill in How I sound for the Social Boardroom.
- The Boardroom score is stuck under 90. It needs proof only you have, like a real client result, and it won't make one up. Send what the Get it to 90+ box asks for.
