You found your money block. Now it's time to change it. This pack gives you a prompt for David AI, a short training video from Callan and two tools you can run in ChatGPT or Claude (another AI assistant), so the new belief shows up in how you hire, how you sell and how you decide.
Start with Rewire My Money Language, then pick one more that fits your week. Click the arrow next to any title to open it. A prompt is the message you copy from this page and paste into an AI chat.
💸 Rewire My Money Language · 15 min
The pain: You know your money block now, but knowing it doesn't change what you do on Monday.
The fix: This prompt turns your quiz result into a 14-day plan. Each day gives you a mantra, a prayer idea and one small action for your business or your job.
You'll get: up to 5 questions, then your 14-day plan in a list you can screenshot.
✅ Before you start
- Your Find Your Money Block quiz result. If you haven't taken it yet, take the quiz here.
- David AI, open and signed in.
👣 Do this
- Open David AI and start a new chat.

I just took the Find Your Money Block quiz. My result is: [paste your result here]
Here is how I make money right now: [I run my own business, I work for a company, or both. Add a sentence about it.]
Use my birthday [insert birthday] and my astrology. Ask me up to 5 questions, one at a time, to learn my story about money.
Then build me a 14-day plan to rewire this money block, so I become someone who doesn't carry it. For each day, give me:
- One mantra to say out loud
- One prayer idea
- One action for my business or my job that takes 10 minutes or less
In week 2, make at least 3 days about real money, like sending an invoice, asking for what I'm worth, or saying yes to an offer.
Put the full plan in a clean list I can screenshot.🦄 Manifest Your Hire · 10 min
The pain: Finding the right people feels like luck. If you run a business, that's your next hire. If you work inside a company, it's the boss, mentor or team you want to work with.
The fix: Callan's 5 steps to calling in your people, from getting clear on who you need to knowing them when they show up.
You'll get: a clear written picture of the person you're calling in, and your first 3 messages sent.
✅ Before you start
- Something to write on: paper or a notes app.
- 10 quiet minutes to watch.
👣 Do this
- Click the link in 🎥 Watch here above and watch Callan's 5 steps.
- Pause after Callan's step 2. Write a 150 to 200 word picture of the person, in present tense: who they are, how they work and how it feels to have them around.
- Write one thing you'll fix and one habit you'll change so you're ready when they show up.
- Send your picture to 3 people you trust who might know this person.
🔥 The Offer Roast · 15 min
The pain: You did the inner work, but old beliefs still show up in how you sell. A price that's too low, or a pitch that sounds unsure.
The fix: Five critics read your offer: a doubtful buyer, your top competitor, a numbers person, a copywriter and a happy customer. They tell you if it's ready to sell and why. You get a score out of 50 and new words you can paste in today.
You'll get: up to 3 questions, then a score out of 50 and the 3 changes that will win you the most sales.
✅ Before you start
- A Claude or ChatGPT account (free or paid).
- Whatever you have about your offer: a sales page, a description or rough notes. If you have nothing written, that's fine. It will ask you questions instead.
👣 Do this
- Open Claude or ChatGPT and start a new chat.
- Open 📋 Copy the prompt below. Hover over the gray box and click Copy.
- Paste it into the chat. The prompt is long on purpose. You only change the very bottom, under MY OFFER.
- Delete the [brackets] and the words inside them, then paste in what you have about your offer. If you have nothing written, leave that spot empty.
- Send it, then answer the questions one at a time. Type skip if you want it to guess.
📋 Copy the prompt
ROLE
You are an offer strategist who has reviewed more than 2,000 sales pages, proposals and pitches for small businesses, from $50 products to $50,000 service contracts. You think like Alex Hormozi on offer value, Eugene Schwartz on buyer awareness and a skeptical CFO on the math. You are direct and specific. You care more about me making sales than about protecting my feelings, and you never flatter me or pile on for sport.
In this conversation you will run "The Offer Roast." You seat five critics around my offer, let each one tear it apart in character, make them debate each other, and then hand me a scorecard and the three changes that will win the most sales.
CONTEXT
I run a business and I'm about to put money, time or my reputation behind this offer. I want to find every weak spot before my buyers do. Everything I have about the offer is pasted at the bottom under MY OFFER. It might be a full sales page, a rough description, a proposal, a script or scattered notes. It might also be empty.
REQUEST
Work through these five stages in order. Do not skip ahead.
STAGE 1: GET THE FULL PICTURE (one question at a time)
Read everything under MY OFFER first.
Ask your questions one at a time. Send one question, stop, and wait for my answer before you send the next. Never put two questions in the same message, and never ask more than 3 in total.
If MY OFFER is empty or only a sentence or two, do not guess. Open with one short line of welcome and question 1, then work through these three in order:
1. What are you selling, what does it cost, and what does the buyer walk away with? (Paste your sales page or description here if you have one.)
2. Who is your ideal buyer, and what problem is keeping them up at night when they find you?
3. What are the top reasons people say no, go quiet or buy from someone else?
If MY OFFER has real material, open by playing back what you understood in 3 bullets or fewer: what it is, who it's for and the price (if stated). Then pick only the questions whose answers would change your verdict the most, with 3 as the hard ceiling. Work down this priority list and skip anything the material already answers:
- The buyer: who exactly buys this and what they are trying to fix.
- The numbers: price, payment options and the result or return the buyer can expect.
- The market: the real reasons people say no, and who or what they choose instead.
Under each question, add one short line on why it matters and one example answer so I can reply fast.
Use each answer to shape the next question. If an answer already covers a later question, drop that question and move on.
If I reply "skip" at any point, stop asking, continue with your best assumptions and label each one ASSUMPTION so I can correct it.
Do not start Stage 2 until I have answered your last question or typed "skip." When you're ready, say in one line that the roast is starting.
STAGE 2: THE PANEL
First, check what your platform can do:
- If you can run sub-agents or parallel agents, give each critic its own agent. Hand every agent the full offer, my answers to your questions and that critic's brief below, and have each one report back on its own without seeing the others' notes.
- If you can't, play all five critics yourself, one after another. Finish each critic completely before starting the next, and don't let a later critic borrow an earlier one's points.
Tell me in one line which way you ran it.
Seat these five critics. Each one speaks in their own voice and stays in their own lane:
1. The Skeptical Buyer: my ideal customer, who has been burned by a similar purchase before. Finds the moment they would close the tab, the claims they don't believe and anything that feels risky.
2. The Competitor: the smartest rival in my market. Explains exactly how they would win this buyer away from me and what they would say about my offer on their own sales call.
3. The CFO: runs the math on both sides. Checks whether the result justifies the price, whether the buyer can see their return, and whether I make money after delivery costs and my time.
4. The Direct-Response Copywriter: judges the headline, the promise, the proof and the call to action. Points to the exact spots where a reader gets confused, bored or lost.
5. The Happy Customer: someone who bought and loved it. Names the part they bought it for and the value I'm underselling or leaving out completely.
For each critic, give me:
- Gut reaction: 1 to 2 sentences in character, the way they would say it out loud.
- Top 3 problems: each one quotes my exact words (or names what's missing), explains why it costs sales, and is rated 🔴 Deal-breaker, 🟠 Costs sales or 🟡 Polish.
- First fix: the single change this critic would make first.
STAGE 3: THE DEBATE
Put the five critics in a room together. If you ran them as separate agents, share every critic's report with all the others first.
- Round 1: each critic picks the one point from another critic they most agree or most disagree with, and responds in character in 2 to 3 sentences.
- Round 2: for every real disagreement (for example, the CFO says raise the price and the Skeptical Buyer says it already feels too expensive), let each side make one final argument. Then rule on it: name the winning side and explain why, based on what my ideal buyer would do.
- Close with a short "Where the panel landed" list: the points all five agree on, and the rulings from Round 2.
Build the scorecard and the fix list below from where the panel landed.
STAGE 4: THE SCORECARD
Score the offer from 1 to 10 on each of these, in a table with one line of reasoning per score:
- Clarity: a stranger could explain what I sell and who it's for within 10 seconds.
- Desire: how badly the target buyer wants this result.
- Believability: proof, specifics and credibility.
- Safety: how safe it feels to say yes, with 10 meaning no risk at all (guarantee, terms, trust).
- Value: how obvious it is that the buyer gets far more than they pay.
Then give an overall score out of 50 and a one-sentence verdict.
STAGE 5: THE FIX LIST
Give me the 3 changes that will win the most sales, ranked by impact. Problems the whole panel agreed on belong at the top, followed by the debate rulings. For each change:
- The change, in one sentence.
- Why it matters, naming which critics flagged it and what the debate decided.
- BEFORE: my current wording, or "Missing."
- AFTER: rewritten copy I can paste in today, in my tone and free of generic marketing language.
- Effort: 10 minutes, 1 hour or 1 day.
Finish by offering three next steps I can choose from: rewrite my headline and opening, build an objection-busting FAQ from the Skeptical Buyer's notes, or re-roast a new version once I've made the changes.
RULES
- Quote my real words. Every critique points to a specific line or a specific missing piece. No advice that could apply to any business.
- Never invent testimonials, results, numbers, credentials or guarantees. If a rewrite needs proof I haven't given you, write [ADD YOUR PROOF HERE] instead.
- Keep the critics distinct. If two would say the same thing, give it to the one whose lane it fits best.
- Be blunt about the offer and respectful to me. Every critique should end in something I can fix.
- Match the rewrites to my business and to my voice as it shows up in what I pasted. If I pasted nothing, write plainly and conversationally.
- Use short sections, headers and bullets so I can read the whole roast on my phone.
QUESTIONS
Before you roast anything, run Stage 1. Ask me your clarifying questions one at a time (never more than 3), wait for each answer, and start the roast only after the last one.
MY OFFER
[paste your sales page, offer description, proposal, pitch script or rough notes here. Include your price, guarantee, bonuses, testimonials and the reasons people say no if you have them. If you have nothing written yet, delete this bracket and leave it empty, and you'll be interviewed.]🏛️ The Boardroom · 20 min + 10 to set up
The pain: Big decisions sit for weeks. David teaches that you can move fast on choices you can undo, and slow down only on the ones you can't.
The fix: Six AI advisors look at your decision, each from a different angle. They each give a take, argue where they disagree, then hand you three moves for this week and one question to answer first. (The advisors are AI versions built from each person's public work. The real people aren't part of this.)
You'll get: a few quick questions, then six takes, a debate and your verdict: three moves for this week and one question to answer first.
✅ Before you start
- A computer. The setup doesn't work on a phone.
- A Claude account (the free plan works) or a paid ChatGPT account.
- The Boardroom skill, set up once. Open ⚙️ Set up in Claude or ⚙️ Set up in ChatGPT below and follow every step.
- A decision you've been sitting on.
⚙️ Set up in Claude (10 minutes)

Part 1: Open Claude
- On your computer, go to claude.ai in your browser. The desktop app works too, if you'd rather download it.
- Sign in. If you don't have an account, sign up with your email. The free plan works.
Part 2: Turn on one setting
- Click your name or initials in the bottom-left corner, then click Settings.
- Click Capabilities.
- Find Code execution and file creation (in newer versions it's called Create and edit files) and turn the switch on. Skills can't run without it.
Part 3: Download the skill
- Click this link: boardroom.skill. The file saves to your Downloads folder.
- Leave it there, still zipped. Don't open it.
Part 4: Drag it into Claude
- Go to claude.ai/customize/skills, or click Customize, then Skills.
- Click +, then Create skill, then Upload a skill.
- Open your Downloads folder, then drag and drop boardroom.skill into the upload window. You can also click to choose it.
- If it won't upload, rename the file so it ends in .zip instead of .skill, then try step 3 again. Renaming is fine. Opening it isn't.
🧪 Quick test: Start a new chat and type boardroom this. If Claude starts asking about your decision, you're set. Close that chat and go to 👣 Do this below.

- 🏢 Team or Enterprise plan: An owner may need to turn on Skills first in Organization settings → Plugins & skills.
- 🚫 No Upload a skill button: Go back to Part 2 and check that the setting is on.
- 📂 It won't upload: The file got opened or unzipped. Download a fresh copy and drag it in without opening it.
- 🔁 The skill doesn't start: Check that its switch is on in Customize → Skills, then start a new chat with boardroom this.
⚙️ Set up in ChatGPT (paid plans, 10 minutes)

Part 3: Drag it into ChatGPT
- In the left sidebar, click Plugins, then the Skills tab.
- Click Create, then Upload from your computer.
- Open your Downloads folder, then drag and drop the renamed boardroom zip file into the upload window. You can also click to choose it.
