Set up a free ChatGPT account and use it to make images for your posts, slides and emails.
Key takeaways
- In A2A, ChatGPT's job is making images for posts, slides and emails.
- If Claude is your paid account, the free ChatGPT plan is enough for this.
- Turn off Improve the model for everyone in Settings → Data Controls.
- Always check the spelling of any words in an image.
Do this now: Have Claude write a short thank-you message, then have ChatGPT make an image to go with it.

🤔 Why ChatGPT
ChatGPT is optional. Claude is your home base, and ChatGPT has a great job in A2A: it makes killer images. Use it for simple graphics for a post, slide or email.
The free plan is enough to start.
🛠️ Set it up (about 5 minutes)
Step 1: Pick your plan. Start on the free plan. Plus ($20 a month) gives you higher limits and more images, but you don't need it for A2A. Plus details
- Does your company give you ChatGPT? Use that account instead of buying your own.
Step 2: Sign in. Go to chatgpt.com and sign in. Everything on this page works in your browser.
Step 3: Check your privacy setting. Open Settings → Data Controls and turn off Improve the model for everyone. Your chats stay in your history, but they won't be used to train ChatGPT. Follow your company's rules about what you share.
- On a company account, your company may control this setting. Check with them if you don't see it.
🎨 See it in action: pick an image to make
Two options. Start with the thank-you image, or try the tiny 3D world if you want something that really shows off.
💌 Option 1: A thank-you image
Every business has customers to thank. Make an image you can post, email or text today.
Make a thank-you image for my customers. I run a [type of business]. Use the colors [colors].➡️ Not quite right? Just ask:
- "Make it brighter"
- "Make the words bigger."
🏠 Option 2: Your business as a tiny 3D world
See your business as a miniature toy world sitting on a desk, with your name on the sign out front.
Make a miniature 3D diorama of my business, like a tiny toy world sitting on a desk. My business is [what you do, e.g. a family bakery]. Show [2–3 details, e.g. customers in line, my team, the tools we use]. Put a small sign out front that says "[business name]." Use my brand colors: [colors]. Bright, warm lighting. Square image.➡️ Want to change it? Try:
- "Add a person who looks like me behind the counter."
- "Make it nighttime with the windows glowing."
- "Make it wide so it fits a LinkedIn banner."
Check the spelling of any words in the image before you use it. AI images sometimes get letters wrong.
🎯 Your turn
Watch the Claude video first. This practice starts in Claude.
- In Claude, ask for a short message to go with your image: a thank-you to your customers, or a quick post about your business.
- In ChatGPT, pick one of the two prompts above and fill in the blanks.
- Ask for one change, like "Make it brighter."
- Check the spelling in the image.
- Share the image and Claude's message together in a post, email or text.
